  • licensed in 1977, beginning a career in real estate in Edmonton, Alberta
  • moved to BC, became a member of the Vancouver Real Estate Board in 1978 continuing through to 1981
  • moved to Kamloops in 1981, selling real estate, choosing to become an affialiate of RE/MAX in 1987
